Transcript Requests
Transcript requests may be made by calling your campus or by completing the form below. Please keep in mind that the Aveda Institute does not release transcripts until the student's account balance has been paid in full. Aveda Institute Michigan does not store student records over seven years old. In the event that you require a transcript and graduated from a Michigan campus over seven years ago, you will need to contact the State of Michigan to obtain a verification of hours. Note: In order to ensure proper delivery of your transcript, you must fill out all fields.
